ServSafe: Food Safety Manager

 
 

The ServSafe Food Safety Manager course, accredited by the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB)- Conference for Food Protection (CFP) is designed to enable managers to earn the required Louisiana food safety certificate. The course covers all aspects of food safety including biological, physical and chemical hazards throughout the flow of food. Food safety challenges will be addressed, as well as practical ways to resolve these challenges. The ServSafe certification exam is given during the final two hours of the course. The ServSafe certification issued through the National Restaurant Association is valid for five (5) years.
